The research focused on digitalization, internal control, risk management, and future development strategies, providing Baotai Group with professional guidance and policy support to address operational challenges and optimize its governance system.

       According to the research itinerary, the team first visited the Digital Achievements Exhibition Center of Baotai Group. Chairman Peng Bingfeng introduced the company's development. As a leading enterprise in Jiangxi Province's "1269" key industrial chain, a national "Little Giant" in specialized and sophisticated manufacturing, a national green factory, a national smart factory of excellence, and one of Jiangxi's top 100 enterprises, Baotai Group has long focused on the recycling industry of renewable resources. It continues to invest in digital and intelligent transformation, leveraging its digital systems to establish a closed-loop data chain covering the entire process from recycling, production, R&D, warehousing, finance, to product lifecycle tracking.

       The research team used diversified display platforms such as Baotai Group's panoramic sand table, renewable resource recycling signboard, intelligent manufacturing system platform, and carbon smart control platform to comprehensively and stereoscopically observe the effectiveness of the company's core construction. Thoroughly understand the digital transformation and upgrading, green and low-carbon production mode, and social responsibility achievements of Baotai Group, and give on-site recognition to the company's development path based on circular economy and adherence to industry.

       After the visit, all personnel went to the conference room of Baotai Group for discussion and exchange. The meeting was chaired by Secretary Luo Wenjiang.
