Peng Baotai, Chairman of the Yingtan Baotai Lide Shuren Foundation, Wu Guozhu, Director of the Yingtan Education Bureau, and Chen Hongyu, Director of the Continuing Education Center of the School of Education at Zhejiang University, delivered speeches successively. Wu Xiaolin, Discipline Inspection Team Leader of the Yingtan Education Bureau, Zhu Hongping, Deputy Director of the Yingtan Education Bureau, and Hong Xixi, Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Baotai Group, participated in and provided guidance.

        Peng Baotai stated that education is a crucial cornerstone for national revitalization and social progress. The original intention of the Yingtan Baotai Lide Shuren Foundation is to promote the tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education, inspire teachers to devote themselves to cultivating virtue and educating people, actively create platforms for teachers' learning and development, allow more and better teachers to stand out, actively participate in the development of education, strive to cultivate more and better talents, and make greater contributions to accelerating the high-quality development of education in Yingtan.         During the week-long research and study, the course schedule was tight and diverse. Experts and scholars conducted in-depth explanations on multiple dimensions, including General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education, the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating students with moral integrity, the renewal of educational concepts, the innovation of teaching methods, the mental health education of students, and the construction of teacher ethics and style. The course covered both cutting-edge theoretical and professional knowledge as well as vivid red practical education. In the classroom, the students listened carefully, interacted actively, eagerly raised questions and opinions, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the lecturers. After class, the students also conducted group discussions on themes such as "Cultivating Morality and Enlightenment", "The Unique Rooting and Effective Growth of the Ideological and Moral Education Brand in Each School", further deepening their understanding and application of the knowledge they had learned.

        The successful holding of this training program is another high-level research activity following the 2023 Xiamen University-Yingtan City Training Program for Enhancing the Work Ability of Primary and Secondary Schools in Cultivating Morality and Talent, providing a platform for "charging" and "empowering" outstanding teachers in Yingtan City. The majority of the participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Yingtan Baotai Morality and Talent Foundation for building a learning platform. Through this learning journey, they personally experienced the culture of Zhejiang University, listened carefully to a series of high-level lectures, broadened their horizons, inspired their thinking, stimulated their minds, identified gaps, clarified directions, and enhanced their confidence. They benefited greatly and will bring the knowledge and ideas learned at Zhejiang University back to their workplaces, translating them into practical actions, striving to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent, accelerating the construction of a highland for ideological and political education, and contributing to the high-quality development of education in Yingtan City.

        The Yingtan Baotai Lide Shuren Foundation was registered and established on May 19, 2021, with a capital contribution of 3 million yuan from Jiangxi Baotai Group. Its primary objective is to sponsor outstanding teachers in Yingtan City to pursue educational knowledge at universities, further enhance their teaching abilities, assist them in continuing their education, and make greater contributions to accelerating the development of education in Yingtan. Moving forward, the Yingtan Baotai Lide Shuren Foundation will continue to uphold its original aspiration, actively establish more high-quality learning platforms, fully support the professional growth of teachers, jointly escort the growth of children, and continuously convey the warmth and power of education.
