2024 on 29 July, national key research and development program“Digital Green Design Technology and application demonstration of mobile phone and tablet computer” project“Mobile phone and tablet computer components large-scale alternative use of renewable raw materials technology” report held in the middle of this year in Baoti Group. Project leaders and researchers from the Nanchang Hangkong University, Hefei University of Technology and the China Academy of Electrical and Electronic Sciences (CAES) will report to the BAOTI Group for the mid-year project. At the meeting, Beijing University of Technology Professor Wu Yufeng, Professor Fu Yonggao and Hefei University of Technology professor Huang Haihong were invited to guide the research. Group president Peng Bingfeng as the subject of the subject (II) person in charge of participation in the meeting.
“Mobile phone and tablet computer components of large-scale alternative use of recycled raw materials,” the topic focuses on the overall improvement of mobile phone and tablet computer components of large-scale alternative raw materials. At the meeting, four representatives of the focus group on lithium battery electrode materials, copper, aluminum, plastic recycling technology research results and next work plan for a detailed report. The effects of regenerated raw material substitution on the microstructure and properties of lithium battery, copper clad substrate and shell were studied, have basically formed alternative utilization performance, environmental load, economic multi-factor coupling of green decision-making programs and tools, analysis of the program application and promotion, the construction target of copper and aluminum regeneration demonstration line is established.
Baoti group based on metal recovery, recycling metal processing technology as the core, intelligent production line as the support, forming a complete recycling metal industry chain closed-loop. In this project, the author is responsible for the study of copper and aluminum refining, purification, regeneration and substitution performance matching technology, and the construction of copper and aluminum regeneration demonstration line. The newly-built regenerated aluminum alloy project adopts the instantaneous pulse on-line degassing technology with stable release of micro-bubbles and the use of environment-friendly refining agent, to achieve the aluminum melt of gas impurities, metal impurities, non-metallic impurities in-depth removal effect, to achieve the reduction of recycled raw materials.
At the meeting, Professor Fu Yonggao, Professor Wu Yufeng and professor Huang Haihong affirmed the contents and results of the research on the four topics, and, in accordance with the requirements of the overall project, clearly pointed out the research direction and key work deployment of each unit, pointing out the need for close inter-thematic cooperation, the need for a complete chain of evidence supporting technical research and project applications, and the need to align theoretical research with application programmes, major components of mobile phones and tablets to achieve a large proportion of recycled raw materials to replace.
